These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://amztools.co.in and any plan, subscription or tool access you buy from AMZTools LLC (“AMZTools”, “we”, “us”), Patna, Bihar, India. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
AMZTools gives you shared, web-based access to third-party software tools for a set period. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the owners of these tools. All product names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the tools.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your AMZTools login details private and for everything that happens under your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time. Changes don’t affect a billing period you have already paid for.
- Introductory prices apply only to the first month. After that, the regular monthly price shown on our Pricing page applies.
- Access is activated only after your payment is confirmed. For UPI payments, you may need to upload your payment screenshot so we can verify it.
4. Acceptable use
When you use shared access, you agree not to:
- Share, resell or sublicense your access, or let anyone else use it.
- Change passwords, emails, billing details, settings or projects on any shared account.
- Use too much of a tool’s limits (searches, exports, credits) or run automated scripts or bots.
- Use the tools for anything illegal, abusive or harmful.
- Try to get past our access system, our security or a tool’s own protections.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access straight away, without a refund.
5. Availability and tool limits
Our tools depend on third-party providers. Access may sometimes be interrupted, limited or changed because of maintenance, updates or decisions made by those providers. Current known limits are listed on our Tools Status & Limitations page. We do not guarantee any particular uptime, feature set or result.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, you may be eligible for a refund or an extension if a tool in your plan doesn’t work continuously for more than 72 hours after you report the problem.
7. Intellectual property
The AMZTools name, website design and content belong to AMZTools LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Third-party tools and their content belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, AMZTools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business, that come from using or being unable to use the tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected plan in the billing period when the claim arose.
9. Privacy

10. Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if a third-party provider withdraws access.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
