AMZTools LLC (“AMZTools”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe that content on amztools.co.in infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice should include:
- Your full name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What happens next
Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within 36 hours as the IT Rules, 2021 require. Where possible, we will let the affected user know.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should include your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement made in good faith explaining why it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, and your signature. If appropriate, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the person who complained tells us they have started legal action.
4. Trademarks
All product names, logos and brands mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the tools, and this does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
5. Repeat infringers
We may end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
6. False claims
Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement may make you legally liable for damages.
